Hi, I'm Misty. My real estate story started in 2004, when I house-hacked my first rental in Seattle. That first taste of what a home can do sparked a love for the business that has only grown over time.
Before real estate, I spent years in operations and business management, including a role as operations manager for a large team in Boise. That background is why I solve problems before they become problems. I anticipate questions, line up the logistics, and keep the process moving.
In 2020, my family and I traded the city for the wide-open skies of Idaho, landing on a small ranch in Emmett. I have since sold that acreage and bought a new build, so I know both sides of today's market from the inside, as a seller and as a buyer.
Today I specialize in relocation, first time homebuyers, and buyers looking for a more rural, peaceful lifestyle in Emmett, Middleton, Star, and the surrounding Treasure Valley communities. I work intentionally with a select group of clients so I can offer personal attention, consistent communication, and tailored guidance from start to finish.
Family means everything to me. I live here with my husband and our two teens. My parents and my sister, who has special needs, followed us to Idaho and settled just down the road. Being close enough to help care for her, while still building a life we love, is what it's all about.
Growing up alongside her taught me patience, empathy, and how to show up when life gets heavy. I bring that same heart to every client. I stay steady and present, and I'm quietly determined to make the hard parts a little lighter.
